Agency Manager (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

* Recruit new Agents;
* Provide training sales academy for both new and existing agents;
* Monitor sales activities, sales strategies and market development (retail and corporate)
* Provide input for the long-term business development of various Bintang's products to ensure the profitable future growth of the business unit;
* Establish business plan and action plan.

Requirements:

* Male/Female, age 30 – 38 years old;
* Minimum University Graduates from any discipline;
* Having experience in handling agency or sales team (Life or General Insurance);
* Strong knowledge of system, business plan and procedure;
* Strong Leadership and Managing People;
* Excellent communication skill & teamwork;

Actuary (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

* Providing reserves (financial projection) calculation for all products sold all distribution channel;
* Providing claim ratio projection for renewal group health policies;
* Monthly financial valuation for all products type(individual and group policies);
* System support where always involved in system project relating to actuarial task (commission scheme, interest rates, loading rate);
* Decrease value of policy when risk is substandard and specify applicable endorsements or apply rating to ensure safe profitable distribution of risks, using reference materials;
* Proficiency in relational databases, data warehouses, Excel and statistical modeling. Presentation skills, presents mostly within department and to project teams.

Requirements:

* Female/Male, maximum 35 years old;
* Bachelor Degree from Actuarial, Statistic, Mathematics, Insurance;
* Having Experience in actuarial work or life insurance company min 3 years;
* Good knowledge of local insurance regulation;
* Special capabilities Analitical thinking;
* Excellence in English verbal & written communication skill;
* Strong computer skills.
