Qualifications :
- At least 3 year experiences in the same position in an independent restaurant or 5 star international hotels
- Outgoing, motivated and strong customer focus
- Creative, innovative and unique cuisine style and presentation
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong business acumen
- Capability to handle big operation
- Strong knowledge of safe food and Hygiene standard
- Excellent English in both written and spoken
- Hard worker, willing to learn, team player, enthusiastic, Professional
