The Pacific Place Mall is one of the newest mall in Jakarta. They stood side by side with the Ritz Carlton apartment and hotel. It is another upscale malls which targets the rich and wealthy people in Indonesia. As you probably would have guess, since it is standing by the Ritz Carlton. When we go inside the mall, you could obviously see the grand of the mall. You would have to prepare lots of money and credit cards with a limit of the sky to buy things there. Even the foods are expensive. Not such a family mall, eventhough they have a huge children play ground on the top floor, but that’s all about it for children. They do have an interesting concept for the food court on the lower level. It is set up as a marine area, such as like a bay area. They have these boats, in the size of a real small boats as the dining area, with tables on them. It is interesting although the seats are not at all comfortable. I think it’s going to attract customers to come there but eventually people would get bored and go to the more interesting places with cheaper and great foods. . Leasing Manager

Qualification

* Education background : min. S1 Business or Retail Management or Retail Real-Estate
* Working Experience : min. 5 years experience in leasing management preferably in shopping mall industry for the South East Asia Region
* Able to work in tight deadline
* Good attention to detail
* Has a good leadership and decision making qualities are essential
* Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Competency

* Excellent command of English both verbal and written is a must
* Able to develop tenant mix and zoning;
* Able to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company information
* Good understanding of mall leasing management and specific financial acumen
* Good understanding of mall marketing, advertisement and promotion
* Good managing leasing contracts, and exposure to tender management
* Good understanding of mall operations and associated policies and procedures
* Good appearance, assertive and communicative
* Has excellent inter-personal skills, customer service skills and outgoing personality
* Has strong business acumen and technical knowledge of leasing commercial facilities
* Has strong negotiation and sales skills
* Good team player with strong analytical skills
