General ReQuirements:
• Graduate from a reputable University / Technical College
• Min. 5 years experience and 2 years in similar position
• Excellent command of English, both orally and in writing. Possess computer literacy (MS Office)
• Be a good team player enthusiastic proactive and have excellent interactive skills with all level of management and staffs.
• Good interaction with people, team player with strong creativity & result oriented
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skill
• Having good knowledge in CATERPILLAR heavy equipment product
• Willing to be based at any branches throughout Indonesia

Specific Requirements:
• Knowledge in technical & mechanical system of heavy equipment, and repair maintenance procedures and dealer service operations
• Knowledge in occupational safety & health management system

INSTRUCTOR
(Papua, Jakarta Raya, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Utara, Yogyakarta)

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, compile and master the literature, tools and training aids to be used in the intermediate training
2. Review, analyze and apply modules, tools and training aids to be executed to the training participant used in the intermediate training
3. Personally teach, explain, inform and supervise participant with lack of understandable on training material explained during the teaching & learning process applied in the intermediate training
4. Review, analyze, modify and update the method of teaching and learning, literature and training aids conducted in the intermediate training
5. Review, analyze and evaluate training execution, teaching process and methods used in the intermediate training

Requirements:

* Good command in English both orally and writing
* Excellent working knowledge of Ms. Excel, Ms. Access and other Microsoft Office Application.
* Candidate must possess at least a STM Machine or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
(All Over Indonesia)

Requirements:

* S1 degree graduated in Technical / Engineering background and other disciplines with GPA minimum of 2.75
* Maximum age is 27 years
* Possessing a leadership competence & capability demonstrated from experience to lead and or activities involvement in student organization or equivalent (preferable)
* Good interaction with people, team player with strong creativity & result oriented
* Good communication and presentation skill in English with at least having TOEIC score of 400
* Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of other business systems will be another advantage.
* Must be willing to travel and prepared to work in all over Indonesia whenever required

Machine Application Engineer (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Provide full support to front liner in related with machine features, benefits, application, configurations and machine recommendation
* As a resource for machine & application knowledge and a mediator for communication with Supplier in regarding with the product information & performance

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Marine), Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
* Highly motivated, strong analytical thinking and ability to work as a team and individually
* Good communication skills in Indonesian and English both written and verbal, and has computer literacy and presentation skill
* 5 Full-Time positions available.
