PT. Natarang Mining is constructing an underground gold/silver mine and 400 TPD Merril-Crowe processing plant at its Way Linggo project Lampung, Sumatra. Commissioning is planned early 2010.

PT. Natarang Mining has vacancies for the positions listed below. Candidates must a minimum of live years experience.

QH&S Manager - Surface processing and underground mining operation Sumatra, Indonesia.

The role of this new position is to manage alt aspects of OH&S and Environmental issues for the 400 man accommodation camp, process plant. mobile and underground mining (electric / air equipment. Reporting to the Operations Manager the OHS Manager is responsible for the development and Implementation of the company s occupational health end safety management programs designed to editions industry beat practice. The successful candidate will have bean in a similar position in the mining/resources Industry for a period of at least 8 years.

Also must have sound experience in all aspects of underground mine safety including ventilation systems and testing. Must be able to demonstrate in his CV that he has strengths in;

Ensuring OH&S and environmental company requirements era implemented and maintained

• Promoting the understanding of safety, health end risk assessment
• In the workplace;
• Conducting end reviewing risk assessment activities with a locus on identifying and pursuing risk reduction opportunities;
• Compiling and submitting accident reports required by statutory authorities;
• Monitoring safety standards, regulation and legislation and beet practice in occupational health and safety;
• Ensuring continual improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety with all team members.
• Hazard reduction and accident / incident investigation procedures.

This position is based on 4 week an and 2 week oft FIFO roster.

Maintenance Manager - Fixed / mobile plant and Underground equipment Sumatra, Indonesia

The role of this new position is to manage all aspects of maintenance for the process plant. mobile and underground mining (electric / air) equipment. Commissioning of the 400 tpd surface plants and 3 mega watt Cummins power generating facility was only completed in August.

This challenging role would suit a self motivated leader with at least 5 years experience in a similar role end who has sound technical ability with milling, crushing and mineral processes. Also must have understanding of underground operation. Must be able to demonstrate in his CV that he has strengths in;

• Preventative maintenance organizational and planning skills.
• team leadership,
• safe work practises and procedures
• Hazard reduction end accident / incident investigation procedures.

This position is based on 4 week on arid 2 week off FIFO roster.
