Electrical Coordinator - Tuban Project (Jawa Timur - Tuban)
Responsibilities:

* Scope of works:
o To conclude all electrical areas within quality, cost and time expected on feasibility study. Supporting the Construction Manager with accurate and clear information on time regarding cost, progress, and time schedule plus all electrical construction aspects related to the project (tendering, contracting, engineering, erection and management).

Requirements:

* Education:
o Min graduate with Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering
* Experience:
o Min. 5 years experience in construction
o Expert in management of CAPEX projects
o Hands-on knowledge of cost and schedule control tools
o Recognized technical qualification
o Knowledge of cement plant operation
* Computer literacy:
o Computer utilisation for Windows system, software application such as SAP
* Language:
o English proficiency, oral & written
* Other qualification / skills:
o Able to problem analysis and solution
o Awareness of OHS at the workplace
o Good Leadership Skill

Mechanical Coordinator - Tuban Project (Jawa Timur - Tuban)

Tuban Project Cost Controller (Jawa Timur - Tuban)
Responsibilities:

* Tuban Project Cost Controller will monitor Tuban project expenses and capital expenditures, including detailed line-by-line review of all Tuban project expenses on a monthly basis, investigating relevant discrepancies and ensuring that the expenses are compared with budgets. Responsibility for preparation of actual-vs-budget project capex reports (supported by capex controller in Head office), follow up on deviations and administration of change orders.

Requirements:

* Education: S-1 Accounting, Finance
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance&Controlling functions, preferably in a supervisory function. Expertise in International Financial Reporting Standard and/or HARP as well as Indonesian GAAP, for both actual reporting and financial planning
* Computer literacy: Computer literacy (MS : word, Good in excel, power point,Lotus Notes SAP System)
* Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

* Other qualification / skills:
o Good analytical skills
o Ability to build productive interpersonal relations in a cross functional environment, specifically with engineers and technical experts.
o High reliability and timeliness of execution under time constraints. Getting things done mentality
