Area Sales Manager (AM-JKT) (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

* Male, age max. 40 years
* Bachelor degree from any major with min. GPA 2,75 from reputable University
* Min. 7 years work experiences in Sales field
* Preferable having experience in electronic industry
* Good competency in Strategic selling skill, good analytical thinking to develop and deliver breakthrough program in strengthening brand equity
* Good interpersonal skill, fast learner and highly enthusiasts to achieve target
* Perform high Leadership capabilities to lead Branch Sales operational activity

Organization Development Manager (ODMGR) (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for all the Organizational Development process based on CBHRM within our Organization: Organization structure, corporate core values, corporate culture, policy & procedure, corporate image, developing competencies.

Requirements:

* Male / Female, age max. 40 years
* Bachelor degree in from any major with min. GPA 2,75 from reputable University.
* Min. 5 years work experiences in HR / OD field
* Familiar with Competency based Human Resources Management
* Possess strong Leadership capability to ensure the Organization Development process running well
* Passion for learning, Wide knowledge about people / HR & OD field, People oriented
* Computer literate, English proficiency

Recruitment Jr. Manager (JRMGR) (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for all the Recruitment & Selection process based on CBHRM within our Organization: Maintaining database, Interview, Psychological assessment, Psychological report, Recruitment networking, developing assessment centre, improving the selection process.

Requirements:

* Male / Female, age max. 35 years
* Bachelor degree in Psychology with min. GPA 2,75 from reputable University. Psychologist is preferable
* Min. 4 years work experiences in Recruitment & Selection field
* Familiar with Psychological Testing and Interview technique
* Possess strong Leadership capability to ensure the Recruitment process running well
* Passion for learning, Wide knowledge about people / HR field, People oriented
* Computer literate, English proficiency

Recruitment Senior Staff (RECR) (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

* Male / Female, age max. 28 years
* Bachelor degree in Psychology with min. GPA 2,75 from reputable University
* Min. 2 year work experiences in Recruitment field
* Familiar with Psychological Testing and Interview technique

Organization Development Spv. (OD SPV) (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Develop the Competency based model for HR Management
* Job Description, Job Specification, Organization Structure
* Talent Management, Performance Management and Retain Strategy
* Align our ISO system with the Competency Based Human Resources Management

Requirements:

* Male / Female, age max. 35 years
* Bachelor degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management background with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable University
* Min. 3 years work experiences as an expertise in HR / OD field
* Familiar with Competency Based Human Resources Management
* Computer literate, English proficiency
