As a growing company, the management of PT BAS requires a reliable information system for planning and operation of the resources owned by PT BAS.

seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions:

Operation Manager (CODE: OM)
Job Description:

• Responsible for the safety and well being of all operational employees, promoting and working towards a zero harm work environment through risk mitigation.
• Lead and Manage the operational and maintenance functions for all the Company s operating sites ensuring performance and productivity targets are met.
• Build and develop client relationships.
• Ensure client requirements, expectations and contractual obligations are managed and met.
• Promote, mentor and develop technical and operational excellence.
• Understand key business drivers and ensure opportunities for process improvements are identified.
• Develop, measure, monitor and review Business Plans and Budgets to effectively manage the operations of multiple sites.
• Ensure maintenance and operational strategies and procedures are in place to effectively manage the Company s assets.
• Develop the executive summary of the multiple sites.
• Provide reports requested by Operation Director or Board of directors.

Requirements:

• S1 degree in Mining.
• Minimum 15 years experience in Mining Industry.
• Minimum 3 years experience in mining project at Project Manager level.
• Hold the POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) license.
• Computer literate.
• Energetic, honest, integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• High regard to safe work practices.
