Responsibilities:

1. Communicating all Sewatama IT Problem to Vendor including Controlling all Repair and Maintenance due the time line Regarding IT Problem and Services.
- Authorization
- Communication Links “DATA and VOICE”
- Lotus Notes
- Network and Peripherals
- PC Application
- PC Hardware
- Printer, Scanner, Fax, etc.
- SAP R3
- Server Peripherals
- System Application
- User Profile
- Virus Problem
- Ad Hoc System (MCS Online, 360, Portal, Website, etc)

2. Controlling administration COST ICT versus BUDGET”
- IT CHARGE
- TELEPHONE / IP PHONE
- HP PULSE
- ICT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
- IT CHARGE, Create and control IDR "IT DEVICE REQUEST " Process due the Timelines "IDR is user facility scope IT including email, PC/Laptop, application, etc".

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), * * * Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Others or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
