RECRUITMENT OFFICER (RO)
Advertise Job Vacancy on appropriate media, Track, screen and coordinate applications, interviews, doing Psychological Test, maintain for Man Power Planning and Processing administration new employee.

Requirements :

* Bachelor degree in Psychology and profession program
* Having min 2 years of recruitment experience
* Strong proficiency of interview skill and in using various assessment tools Good analytical thinking
* Dynamic and flexible
* Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
* Fluency in English both oral and written
* Computer literacy
* Ability to perform under pressure with any kind of task

Finance & Accounting (FA)
With requirements:

* Male/Female max. 35 years old
* Minimum S1 degree majoring in Accounting/Finance with minimum GPA. 3.0.
* Min. 2 - 3 years experience in Finance & Accounting
* Strong background in financial, accounting, taxation and risk management
* Has strong leadership skill, good analytical skill, good time management and interpersonal skills
* Sharp intuition for internal control and able to identify potential risks
* Fluent in English both verbal and written is preferable
* Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
* Hands on experience using Microsoft applications and computerized accounting system
* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
General Requirements :

* Male / Female, Max 35 Years Old
* Minimum S1 from reputable university majoring Civil Engineering
* Experience relevant (CME & SITAC) to position minimum 3 - 4 years in Telecommunication Business
* Computer Literate ( Ms Office & Ms Project)
* Able to communicate in English
* Good Interpersonal & communication skill, high motivation, could work under pressure, able to work as a team or independent
* Willing to travel all over Indonesia

Procurement Officer
Responsibility:

* Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works
* Responsible for the preparation and process purchase order (PO) and documents in accordance
* Maintain complete updated purchasing records / data and pricing in the system
* Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with partners
* Prepare reports and summarize data
* Develop, establish, implement, and enforce supplier and outsourcer guidelines, obligations, and service level agreements to the organization.
* Develop and implement all purchasing policies and procedures, including those for equipment, hardware, software, and service provision, in conjunction with department leads and department-specific requirements.
* Analyze trends and market conditions for the present and future pricing, availability, lead-time, and capacity of goods and services.
* Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions of sale, and warranties of goods and products with key suppliers and vendors.
* If possible, standardize equipment to lower total costs.

With requirements and qualifications as follows:

* Male / Female, Max 35 Years Old
* Minimum S1 (engineering)
* Experience min. 2 - 3 years in Procurement and purchasing within the telecommunication industry
* Excellency in computer literate (Microsoft Office)
* Time management abilities
* Understanding of contract agreements, procurement plans and development and execution of projects, Strong knowledge of purchasing regulations, Strong familiarity and technical competence with purchase management software and/or automated procurement systems, Effective bartering and negotiation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills, Communication & negotiation skills, high integrity, honest and can work under pressure.

Internal Audit (IA)
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls encompassing the organization’s and operational activity, and information systems. This should includes:

* Reliability and integrity of financial and operational information
* Economical , effectiveness and efficient and effective use or resources
* Safeguarding of company’s assets
* Compliance with laws, regulation/SOP, ethical and business norms and contracts
* Giving audit recommendation for business development and to ensure of company prudent policy
* Special task to Audit investigation

Requirements:

* Male max. 35 years old
* Minimum S1 from reputable university majoring Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or Accountancy
* Experience relevant to position minimum 3 years in wireless Telecommunication Business as Internal Auditor or relevant work experienced background
* Computer literate
* Strong analytical thinking & problem solving
* Good interpersonal & communication skill & team work
* Good understanding of Business process flow and SOP
* Willing travel duties
