National Key Account Manager (NKAM)
Job Description:

* Constructing and supervising Key Account Manager’s (KAM) activity and distributing sales activities.
* Evaluating and analyzing effective sales including the expense ratio. Providing the right suggestion and direction to KAM.
* Evaluating and managing the usage of sales/promotion expense according to the budget
* Evaluating and managing “account receivable” by observing the sales trends
* Coordinating with all division, e.g. Logistic, Accounting & Finance, HR
* Creating and determining short term and long term sales strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor Degree ( S1 ) from any discipline
* Minimum 5 years experience in the same position within FMCG Companies
* Expertise in managing customers, know the customer character, potential customer, strength of customer capital and able to create and maintain relationship with all customers
* Good understanding of the FMCG business
* Strong analytical skills
* Able to take decision and strong problem solving
* Strong leadership and negotiations skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ready to work in any location within Indonesia

Key Account Manager
REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline
* Minimum 3 years experience in the same position within FMCG Companies
* Expertise in managing customers, know the customer character, potential customer, strength of customer capital and able to create and maintain relationship with all customers
* Good understanding of the FMCG business
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Strong leadership and negotiations skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ready to work in any location within Indonesia
