Project Manager
Project manager responsible to oversee new product and new facility development projects across KAG. Responsible for project planning, monitoring of progress and development of processes. The project manager is responsible for completion of the projects on-time, on-budget and to the required specification / scope. Schedules tasks, sets deadlines and assigns responsibilities for work completion. Identifies schedule uncertainties and risks and develops contingency plans to mitigate these risks. Coordinates all resources and stakeholders through team meetings and formal communication with the sponsor. Provides ongoing communication on the progress and status of the projects, and drives the projects to a successful completion.

Plans and facilitates regular team meetings to review progress. Manages the day-to-day operational aspects of the project to ensure that the project is on-track to meeting all of the objectives. Keeps the project team and superiors well informed of changes in the organization and project. Takes responsibility to resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion. Develops the team, and motivates them to achieve the project goals and pursue excellence. Helps to facilitate teamwork and to improve communication between teammembers. Completes a review of the project and establishes processes and training to improve future results.

Experience Required:

* 3 to 5 years relevant experience (manufacturing, finance and/or project management)
* Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or equivalent
* Demonstrated track record in project management across functions
* Knowledge of manufacturing operations (ideally F&B industry)

Highly Desired:

* Previous experience in Food & Beverage environment
* Previous experience with building erection
