Recruitment Supervisor (Jakarta Raya)
Reporting to Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the whole aspects of recruitment and selection activities. The person will be in-charge in Manpower Planning, analyzing the recruitment needs, interview sessions up to negotiation stages

Requirements:
Female, max. 30 years old, Profession degree in Psychology from reputable university.
Having at least 3 (three) years of solid experience as Recruitment Supervisor managing a large scale of recruitment demands.
Possessing selection and recruitment skills including interviewing skills and conducting psychological testing to applicants.
Get used to work under tight deadlines within a fast-pace environment to fulfill the recruitment needs.
Having good command of English, good PC skills, and able to communicate with all levels.
Dynamic, energetic and having presentable look.
