PT ASMIN BARA BRONANG, an extensive growth National Coal Mining Company (PKP2B, 3rd GENERATION) rapidly expanding our resources in Central Kalimantan (Mine Site) & Jakarta Office, is seeking for qualified and committed candidates for the following positions:

SHR SUPERINTENDENT
(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Represent in Labor disputes/issues and manage relationship among management, staff or non staff employee, trade unions, contractors and sub contractors,
2. Implement the corporate HR policy & procedures, Company regulation, and give suggestion to HR Manager about developing the Company strategies to drive workforce productivity at site,
3. Provide comprehensive HR service to employees of site operations, including local recruitment, administer employment contracts (renewal and non renewals), reporting, mediation for complaints and concerns, provide training for staff, employee counseling, attendance patterns and turnover, maintain file or documents, administer and provide information to employees about benefits on their behalf or any duties as required,
4. Establish and maintain the Governmental networking and its labor officials at site,
5. Participate in development activities to update current knowledge of HR practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably Law or equivalent,
2. Min 8 years experience in HR especially in Mining industry with 4 years proven experiences as HR Superintendent level,
3. Excellent working of current Industrial Relations practices, labor Law or Government regulations,
4. Ability to have a high sense of urgency, positive attitude, attention to details and able to interact effectively with all levels,
5. Willing to be placed at site (Central Kalimantan).

SENIOR MINE ENGINEER
(Central Kalimantan)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer from reputable University,
2. Strong knowledge and experience in mines planning, project planning, scheduling and controlling of mining operation and dealing with contractors,
3. Have good knowledge of software mining programs such as : Minescape, Surpac, etc.
4. Experience with development of short, mid and long term mine plans for the budgeting process, including estimates of fleet requirements, consumables, proficient in survey instruments, etc.

General Requirements:

1. Experience min 5 years in coal mining operation is a must,
2. Have strong skills in computer literate,
3. Able to work well in a team,
4. Have good command in English both oral and writing,
5. Able to be placed in Mine Site,
6. Willing to work in Jakarta and Central Kalimantan,
7. Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.

GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER
(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform field investigation, development of geotechnical and geological models, geotechnical analysis and design drawings, calculation, remedial detail designs, documentation and reporting,
2. Collaborate with other Engineer Dept to coordinate programs of geotechnical, geological data acquisition, analysis and mapping,
3. Conduct studies in mining exploration and feasibility studies, computer programs, soil analysis software and database,
4. Traveling to various survey or project sites, performing presentations, writing and reviewing reports.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Geology, Mining Engineer or Civil Engineering with 5 years experience as Geotechnical Engineering,
2. Good knowledge in Soil & Geotechnical Engineering,
3. Good knowledge in Geotechnical Investigation Method,
4. Good knowledge in Survey Engineering,
5. Good knowledge in Hydrology Engineering,
6. Experience in open pit coal mining, dealing with geotechnical inspection, monitoring and managing day to day Geotechnical hazards for safety and viability of mining operations,
7. Be able to work as a team member working on site investigation for the safe and economics Geotechnical design of pit and dump slopes at any of the operating open cut coal mines,
8. Fully capable to operate geotechnical software for slope stability analysis and drawing software,
9. Thorough POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) or similar geotechnical accreditation is preferred.

FINANCE STAFF
(Jakarta)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Process bank account transactions accurately and efficiently including check cashing, withdrawals, etc.
2. Check the signature and supporting document are completed before payment process,
3. Make payment through cheq/bank and file the bank payment transaction in file,
4. Cash handling and maintain of all transactions record and any duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Associate (D III) majoring in Finance/Accounting from Reputable University, GPA min. 3.00
2. Minimum 2 years experience as Cashier/Banking in Finance/Banking area,
3. Familiar with Bank Transactions and data entry skills,
4. Have strong skills in computer literate (MS Office, Word, Accounting program),
5. Able to work under pressure, detailed oriented, teamwork and independently.
