Requirements on Management Development Program:
* Master's Degree (S2) with a minimum GPA 3.25 from Magister or PascaSarjana UI
* Below 30 years age
* Fluent in verbal and written English
* Having 1-2 years of working experience
This one year development program prepare the selected candidates to learn more about the company business process through induction programs, training development and on-the-job training with comprehensive assessment.
