PT Torishima Guna Engineering is an Indonesian joint venture between Torishima Pump Mfg. Co. Ltd. (50% share) of Japan and PT Guna Elektro (50% share) of Indonesia. In addition to the sole agent for Torishima Pump Mfg. Co. Ltd., at Torishima Guna Engineering we design and engineer all types of pump systems and other related equipment for our customers.

Our major competitive advantage is that we can call on the wealth of pump systems and engineering experience of our two principals.

Although we specialize in pumps and systems engineering, our competencies cover a rapidly increasing range of disciplines geared to meet the varying needs of our customers. Due to the rapid expansion of the company to serve the oil and gas, power, mining, infrastructure and plant maintenance market currently we are opening for following position:

Recruitment & Training Manager

• Education : S1 Engineering,
• Age maximum 40 years old,
• Experience in handling recruitment company engaged in the field of Oil & Gas, Mining or Infrastructure at least 5 years,
• Able provide training to employees, especially the problem of Engineering,
• Able create training program,
• Experience in department or company relate to training.
