* Melaksanakan kegiatan operasi jaringan distribusi listrik, untuk memastikan kegiatan pelayanan teknik sesuai Standar Operasi Prosedur (SOP) dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Teknik Distribusi (TEKDIS)

* Melaksanakan pekerjaan pemeliharaan Jaringan Listrik Tegangan Rendah dan Tegangan Menengah, dalam keadaan bertegangan dengan sarana dan prasarana yang sesuai Standar Operasi Prosedur (SOP) dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Teknik Penyaluran/ Transmisi (TEKLUR)

* Melaksanakan pekerjaan pemeliharaan Jaringan dan Peralatan Gardu Induk Tegangan Tinggi dan Ekstra Tinggi.

Persyaratan Umum

* Jenis kelamin Laki-laki
* Lulusan/ Semester Akhir
o SMA/ Sederajat: Jurusan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA); atau
o SMK: berasal dari jurusan Listrik Arus kuat/ Listrik instalasi (bukan arus lemah/ elektronika , telekomunikasi, atau listrik industri);
* Kelahiran tahun 1991 atau sesudahnya ketika mendaftar
* Tinggi badan:
o Untuk OPDIS: minimum 160 cm
o Untuk TEKDIS & TEKLUR: minimum 165 cm

Persyaratan Akademis

* Bagi yang sudah lulus: Rata-rata nilai hasil Ujian Nasional (SKHUN) minimal 7,5 (tujuh koma lima)
* Bagi yang belum lulus (kelas 12 - semester akhir) : Rata-rata nilai raport semester 1 sampai akhir untuk mata pelajaran matematika dan fisika minimal 7,5 (tujuh koma lima)
* Belum pernah menikah (dengan disertai Surat Keterangan dari RT setempat);
* Berat badan proporsional terhadap tinggi badan (BMI maksimal 30)
* Sehat jasmani dan rohani;
* Berbadan sehat dan Tidak buta warna (dengan disertai surat keterangan Sehat dari Dokter);
* Tidak berkacamata;
* Tidak merokok;
* Tidak bertatto dan tidak bertindik;
* Tidak terlibat dan tidak pernah terlibat tindakan kriminal (dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari Polri diserahkan pada saat wawancara);
* Menyertakan Surat Pernyataan Diri di atas materai Rp 6.000,- yang berisi point-point sbb:
o Tidak terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan narkoba dan zat adiktif lainnya
o Tidak menderita Rabun malam dan epilepsi
o Bersedia mengikuti pendidikan prajabatan dan tidak menikah selama pendidikan
o Bersedia menjadi pegawai minimal selama 5 (lima) tahun secara berturut-turut sejak diangkat menjadi pegawai.
o Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah kerja PLN Unit tempat yang bersangkutan diangkat sebagai pegawai baru.
o Bagi yang mempunyai ijazah lebih tinggi dari tingkat SLTA, tidak akan menuntut pengakuan atas ijazah yang dimilikinya.

I. DASAR HUKUM :
Keputusan Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor : 292 Tahun 2010 tentang Perubahan Lampiran I dan II Keputusan Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor : 203 Tahun 2010 Tentang Formasi PNS Kemenakertrans Tahun Anggaran 2010.

II. PERSYARATAN PELAMAR :
A. Persyaratan Umum
1. Warga Negara Indonesia, berusia paling rendah 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan paling tinggi 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun per 1 Desember 2010;
2. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan;
3. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;
4. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai PNS atau CPNS;
5. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota dan atau pengurus partai politik;
6. Memenuhi kualifikasi pendidikan yang ditetapkan;
7. Berkelakuan baik, sehat jasmani maupun rohani;
8. Bersedia bekerja pada unit kerja di lingkungan Kemenakertrans, dan bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

B. Persyaratan Khusus
1. Lulusan perguruan tinggi negeri maupun swasta yang terakreditasi minimal ‘B’ atau perguruan tinggi luar negeri yang telah mendapat pengesahan dari Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional;
2. Mempunyai indeks prestasi kumulatif (IPK) sekurang-kurangnya 2,75 bagi lulusan Sarjana (S1) dan sekurang-kurangnya 2,65 bagi lulusan Diploma Tiga (D3);
3. Diutamakan menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan dibuktikan hasil tes TOEFL terbaru minimal 500.

C. Persyaratan Lain
1. Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus dan telah melakukan pemberkasan untuk diangkat menjadi CPNS, apabila mengundurkan diri dikenakan sanksi mengganti biaya seleksi sebesar Rp. 10.000.000,- (sepuluh juta rupiah) yang akan disetorkan ke kas negara;

3. Foto copy ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir oleh Rektor/Dekan/Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademik bagi Universitas/Institut, atau Ketua/Pembantu Ketua Bidang Akademik bagi Sekolah Tinggi, dengan menyebutkan pejabatnya (cap basah). Surat Keterangan Lulus tidak berlaku.
4. Foto copy Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) yang masih berlaku;
5. Foto copy Kartu tanda pencari kerja (Kartu Kuning/AK.1) dari Dinas yang menangani bidang Ketenagakerjaan yang masih berlaku dan dilegalisir;
6. Foto copy Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian yang masih berlaku dan dilegalisir;
7. Foto copy hasil nilai tes TOEFL (bila ada);
8. Amplop surat biasa sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar ukuran 110 x 230 mm yang masing-masing ditulis dan ditujukan kepada nama dan alamat pelamar serta ditempel perangko secukupnya.

V. KETENTUAN LAIN-LAIN :
1. Seleksi administratif dilakukan dengan sistem gugur.
2. Pelaksanaan tes tertulis dilaksanakan di 3 (tiga) wilayah, yaitu : Jakarta, Medan, dan Makassar.
3. Peserta yang berhak mengikuti seleksi akan diberitahukan kemudian melalui surat tertulis dan situs internet Kemenakertrans meliputi nomor tanda peserta ujian, waktu dan lokasi seleksi.
4. Petunjuk pengisian Formulir Pendaftaran (form 2) dapat dilihat pada lampiran pengumuman ini.
5. Keputusan Tim Pengadaan PNS Kemenakertrans Tahun Anggaran 2010 bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
6. Informasi resmi yang terkait dengan seleksi CPNS Kemenakertrans tahun 2010 hanya dapat dilihat dalam situs internet Kemenakertrans. Diharapkan para pelamar untuk terus memantaunya.
7. Khusus Formulir Pendaftaran (form 2) harus dicetak dengan kualitas printer Laser B/W dan menggunakan kertas A4 80 gram.
8. Formulir Pendaftaran (form 2) tidak diperkenankan di foto copy.
9. Saat mencetak Formulir Pendaftaran (form 2) agar memperhatikan kelurusan kertas dan mengatur setting menu Print pada program apilkasi Adobe Acrobat Reader, sebagai berikut :
- pada perintah Page Scaling pilih : None
- beri tanda 5 pada perintah Auto-Rotate and Center dan Choose Paper Source by PDF page size
- pada menu Preview ukuran kertas harus menunjukkan 8,27 x 11,69 inch (ukuran A4).
Panitia tidak bertanggungjawab apabila hasil cetakan form 2 tidak dapat diproses oleh komputer akibat kesalahan pelamar.
10. Berkas lamaran yang tidak lengkap/tidak memenuhi persyaratan tidak akan diproses dan menjadi hak Panitia yang selanjutnya akan dimusnahkan.
11. Lokasi ujian tidak menunjukkan penempatan bagi pelamar yang lulus. Panitia berhak menempatkan CPNS sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi.
